So what to expect when you come along?
Firstly, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is there to improve, to practice, and to elevate their game when it comes to communication.
Secondly, we keep the group size reasonably small - at that sweet spot between 6 and 12 attendees where it feels like there's a group to speak in front of, but not so large as to be too daunting.
Thirdly, we focus on both impromptu speaking skills, and prepared - giving you a well-rounded session, full of takeaways, enjoyable moments and invaluable practice time.
And in each workshop, we apply the 5 Elements - Breathing, Awareness, Content, Presence and Delivery. The simplest and most effective system on the planet, for developing incredible communication abilities.
